CosmetiqBeauty is dedicated to ensuring that every order is handled with care and delivered efficiently. This Delivery Policy sets out our shipping procedures, estimated timelines, and the responsibilities of both parties.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation
  • Orders submitted on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day
  • During promotional or peak shopping periods, processing times may be extended slightly

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Timeframes

a. Local Deliveries

  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days
  • Actual delivery time may vary depending on your location

b. International Deliveries

  • Estimated delivery: 5–14 business days
  • Subject to customs processing and the performance of local courier networks

4. Shipping Fees

Free shipping is provided for deliveries to Hong Kong and Japan. For international shipping across the world, please reach out to our Customer Support Team prior to placing an order.

5. Order Tracking

  • You may monitor your shipment's status directly on the courier's tracking platform

6. Delivery Address

  • Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at the time of purchase
  • We will not be held responsible for delivery failures arising from:
    • Incorrect or incomplete address information
    • Inability to reach the recipient
  • Additional fees may be applicable for re-delivery attempts

7. Undelivered Parcels

If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts:

  • The parcel may be returned to our fulfilment center
  • The customer will be responsible for any applicable re-shipping fees

8. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

We are not liable for delays in delivery resulting from:

  • Service disruptions by the courier
  • Adverse weather or natural events
  • Customs clearance processes for international orders
  • Public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control

9. Damaged or Missing Parcels

Should your order arrive in a damaged state, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and include:

  • Clear photographs of the damage to the product and its outer packaging

For parcels reported as lost:

  • We will coordinate with the relevant courier service on your behalf
  • Resolution will be subject to the outcome of the courier's investigation

10. Transfer of Risk

Once your order has been successfully delivered, the risk of loss and ownership of the product passes to the customer.

11. Shipping Restrictions
