1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made from our platform, whether through our website, authorized sales channels, or in-person transactions. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms in full.

2. Nature of Services

Once a product has been sold and delivered, responsibility for its use rests solely with the customer. We are not responsible for how products are used, stored, or applied after delivery
This includes, but is not limited to, any reactions or results arising from misuse or use inconsistent with provided instructions or recommendations

3. Use of Products

Products must be used strictly in accordance with instructions provided on the website or packaging
Customers are responsible for ensuring suitability before use
A patch test is strongly recommended prior to using any new skincare or cosmetic product
Failure to follow recommended usage may result in adverse reactions for which we are not liable

4. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, failure to redeem or use a product before expiry, or for reasons deemed inappropriate
Products are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be resold or reassigned

5. Appointment & Redemption Policy

If a refund request is permitted, customers must email Support@lotuszenstudio.com with their full name, order ID, and reason for the request
Requests that do not meet eligibility requirements will not be processed
Refund decisions are made at our discretion in accordance with these Terms

Full payment is required before order dispatch

We do not store credit card details
Your transaction may appear on your card statement using the applicable billing descriptor

Confirmation

Your order is considered accepted once you receive an Order Confirmation Email containing:

Your order number
Product details
Total amount paid

If an item is unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and issue a refund where applicable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong
