CosmetiqBeauty places great importance on customer satisfaction. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, this Refund & Returns Policy details the terms under which returns, refunds, or exchanges will be considered.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, sealed, and returned in its original packaging
  • A return request must be submitted within 7–14 days of receiving the item
  • Valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or refunded unless found to be defective:

  • Opened or used skincare and haircare products
  • Personal hygiene and care items
  • Beauty devices that have been activated or used
  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If an item you receive is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide the following documentation:
    • Clear photographs or video evidence of the issue
    • Your order number and full product details

Once we have verified your claim, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A replacement product
  • A full refund

Please note: Returns dispatched without prior approval may not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, except in cases where:
    • The item received is defective
    • An incorrect item was delivered

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept liability for return parcels that go missing in transit.

7. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be initiated upon completion of inspection and approval of the returned item
  • All approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method

8. Exchanges

  • Product exchanges are subject to current stock availability
  • If the requested replacement item is out of stock, we may offer a refund or store credit as an alternative

9. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched
  • Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled under our return process
